Payment methods
We receive payment through Razorpay payment gateway, which provide verious options as UPI, cards (debit/credit/Amex), Net banking, and Wallets.
We do not accept COD.
We are accepting UPI and Paytm wallet payment directly. Please connect with us right after placing the order.
Shipping & handling
All orders are shipped usually within 3-5 working days from the date of payment received. Shipping cost is Rs.50 for Jaipur and Rs.80 for Rest of India.
Our products are generally delivered within 5-7 working days. For any urgent delivery, kindly contact us via Whatsapp/ Instagram.

Returns, cancellations & exchange
We do not take cancellations for any order placed.
If you wish to change the products you paid for please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. We can take such requests before shipping that order.
We only exchange or accept returns in case of receipt of any damaged or incorrect product. Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will look into the matter and confirm the product for exchange. Please note that return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Jewelry care
All our products are brass based e- gold plated and handcrafted by local artisans. Brass based jewelry is hypoallergic and the e-gold plating keeps the jewelry tarnish free and durable.
Please do not use any kind of spray/ perfumes and chemical directly on the jewelry.

Change in prices
At Rama india, we handcraft every piece of jewelery from scratch. We do so to ensure you get exactly what you want. We are constantly working to make sure we find the highest quality gemstones and other raw material. Due to which prices we pay to our suppliers may vary, hence we update the prices based on the trends in the market. Sometimes prices may go up and sometimes they will go down. This is the reason you are seeing a different price today than you may have seen in the past.
About our products
All our products are made of high quality brass material with gold plating. Certainly the gold plating is a really thin layer which does not increase it's value drastically. But because of it, the sturdiness, quality and polish of the product increases. We design and sometimes source items from independent makers and artisans. Given that, due to the independent contracts of the artisans and easily accessible internet culture you can find similar products else where on internet in alloy or any other metal, which is inferior in quality than brass based jewelry. But the most important thing is that you are always getting the highest quality gemstones, material and craftsmanship from us.
Sales & promotions
The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Rama India and we reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.
The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be in sole discretion of Rama India.
